Abstract
The thesis of the disregard of Bisesero's deeds being inescapable, military officials invoking therefore the absence of means. But Guillaume Ancel's recent testimony shows that the means exist. Aussi, the default of action revealing the true nature of the French intervention, the episode of abandonment of Bisesero can not be said to be a qualifier of genocide complicity.
