Abstract
General Paul Kagame, head of the RPF forces, said on Monday (June 13th) that his forces had seized the town of Gitarama, where the "interim government" had withdrawn. But in their retreat, those responsible for the massacres perpetrated since April 6 systematically exterminate Tutsis and Hutu opponents of the regime before withdrawing.
