Résumé
The Court of Cassation dismisses the appeal lodged by Félicien Kabuga against the judgment of the Paris Court of Appeal ordering its surrender to the authorities of the International Mechanism which continues the activities of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda responsible for trying the persons presumed responsible in particular for acts of genocide committed in Rwanda in 1994.
