In this note, the DSGE notes that, "Regarding external support, there is no tangible element to confirm the commitment of the Ugandan armed forces alongside the RPF troops. The Kampala authorities are probably providing them with logistical assistance, but no 'have no interest in investing more. [...] For its part, the Rwandan interim government is circulating numerous rumors aimed at proving the contrary, its objective being to obtain legitimacy from the international community which he does not have".
