Résumé
The "Unity, Peace and Democracy in Rwanda" Committee (ex CRF) demands the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces which keep the military dictatorship in power in Kigali alive. Otherwise, the presence of French legionaries in Rwanda could support the crimes perpetrated by this regime against the population.
