Abstract
Jean-Marie Dessalles was in Rwanda from May 6 to July 14, 1994 with a round trip to Paris to set up a special unit in the fight against the RPF.
Comment
Dessalles declares on April 30, 2001 that the Minister of Defense Augustin Bizimana took refuge in Congo-Brazzaville where he died. The UN Tribunal (ICTR then MICT), which was looking for him, will only learn of it in 2020 !
