The author does not explain why the RPF attacked in 1990, implicitly making Paul Kagame responsible for everything that follows. The role of France between 1990 and 1994 is carefully erased. She also leaves open the question of the role of France during Turquoise. The article suffers from numerous inaccuracies: the children of the Prime Minister, Agathe Uwilingiyimana, are alive. She was shot with her husband not by militiamen but by Rwandan soldiers who spearheaded the massacres. As for the commemoration of the genocide which would serve as "cement" for the regime of great dictator, it is only contempt for the survivors.
