Abstract
Interview with Georges Bensoussan, director of the "Revue d'histoire de la Shoah", whose latest issue is devoted to the genocide of the Tutsi.
Comment
It should be noted that, in this interview, Georges Bensoussan hypothesizes that it was Paul Kagame and the RPF who instigated the attack of April 6, 1994 against the presidential plane. Furthermore, according to Mr. Bensoussan, "France is not complicit in carrying out the genocide, it is through blindness to the event that it allowed to happen".
