- Edouard Balladur, far from being satisfied with the moral support given to him by the G7 countries in Naples regarding France's intervention in Rwanda, wants to hold the international community accountable.
- Yesterday [July 11], before the UN Security Council in New York, the French minister made an urgent appeal for UN troops to take over from the French soldiers.
- This morning, the RPF, the Rwandan Patriotic Front, called on France to leave Rwanda by July 31, as it had promised to do.
- And then Alain Juppé, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and his British counterpart, Douglas Hurd, are traveling to the former Yugoslavia today.
