Abstract
What credit can be given to Pierre Péan's latest work, which does not hesitate to use the ideas and terminology which prevailed in Rwanda of "good quality racism" where the genocide of the Tutsi was being prepared? It would be enough to replace "the Tutsi" by "the Jew" to find the style of the worst anti-Semitic pamphlets of the 1930s.
