Un même appétit, des méthodes différentes

Le départ des troupes françaises du Niger, n'est pas une péripétie : une page d'histoire est en train de se tourner. Pourquoi aujourd'hui, pourquoi tant de tension ? Comment d'autres anciennes métropoles, comme la Belgique, ont-­elles affronté, puis dépassé ce stade de la confrontation et du rejet ?

This article is important. It contains a few blunders and a few omissions. France's seat as a permanent member of the Security Council does not depend on its ties with African countries. We must not forget the murder of Mehdi Ben Barka and other mathematicians like the Chadian Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh, as if France's objective was to eradicate all mathematicians and other intelligent people, by favoring alliances with bloodthirsty thugs. We must also not forget these campaigns of conquests and massacres like the Voulet-Chanoine column which, in 1899, crossing Senegal, Burkina and Niger “gave” Chad to France, as written in our history books of the public school created by Jules Ferry who wanted to civilize the inferior races. But this article summarizes well the causes of France's current exodus from “black” Africa, as the author continues to say. With this return to France of the ambassador to Niger Sylvain Itté, we want to add “Ite missa est”, a bad joke certainly, because the mass, in particular that said in Rwanda in 1994 was much more sinister.
