On the website of the France-Turquoise association which puts this article online, it is specified that its author, Hugues de Guillebon, was one of the airmen of Turquoise. The article maintains on several occasions the thesis of the double genocide (page 2: "In June 1994, the genocides in Rwanda provoked the intervention of France"; page 50: "the RPF […] massacre of the Hutus"; page 57 : "The first genocide could not have been avoided; a second had to be avoided"; page 59: "In the zone conquered by the RPF, the Tutsis are creating a vacuum"…). Furthermore, the assertion that the RPF has surface-to-air missiles of the SA7 type (page 60) is contradicted by this Note quotidienne de situation of June 24, 1994 from the Direction of military intelligence (DRM).
