Comment
The general staff in Paris was warned on the morning of June 27, 1994 at 11 a.m. of an attack on 200 Tutsi by soldiers and militiamen in the region of Gisovu and did not order any operation to rescue them. On the contrary, this situation report of 5 p.m. does not report any incident.
