Contrary to what Mr. Glavany asserts, Paul Kagame denounced France's role well before Judge Bruguière's investigation. See in particular this press conference that he gave near "the river of death" at the beginning of May 1994 or even this 8 p.m. news from TF1 from August 5, 1994 in which he declares that the French are complicit genocidaires.
