Abstract
- You cannot impose on a head of state the same restrictions you might place on an ordinary patient. Professor Bernard Debré, head of the urology department at Cochin Hospital, told reporters: "You can give all the advice you want to a hyperactive patient, but they will only follow it if they feel like doing so. If he feels well, he will work. If he wants to rest, he will rest. So, we gave the green light for his discharge. And that means he is doing well!".
